Pair of wonderful medieval-period capitals (15th century) that were part of a bifora or trifora as the crowning elements of columns.
Of equal dimensions: upper base square 11x11 cm, lower base circular with a diameter of 9 cm, height 12 cm.
One capital has sculpted as an ornamental motif two flowers on the sides and a leaf in the center, and occupied the central position of the bifora.
The other has a stylized leaf in an angular position, thus it was part of the lateral half-column.
In good condition, considering their age. Some chips as visible in the photos, consistent with the dating of the objects.
The last photo represents only an example of a bifora capital.

Coppia di meravigliosi capitelli di periodo medievale (XV secolo) che facevano parte di una bifora o trifora come coronamento di colonne.
Di uguali dimensioni: base superiore quadrata 11x11 cm, base inferiore circolare di diametro 9 cm, altezza 12 cm.
Un capitello ha scolpito come motivazione ornamentale 2 fiori lateralmente e una foglia al centro ed occupava la posizione centrale della bifora
L'altro ha una foglia stilizzata in posizione angolare, per cui faceva parte della semicolonna laterale. 
In buone condizioni, considerando l'età. Qualche scalfitura come visualizzabile in foto, coerente con la datazione degli oggetti.
