Description from the seller
The Flexilette is a compact twin-lens reflex analog camera produced in Germany in the 1950s and 1960s by the photographic company Agfa. Inspired by the era’s most famous twin-lens reflex cameras, it stands out for its characteristic design with a pair of overlapped lenses, one dedicated to viewing and one to taking the photograph.
The camera uses 127-format film and produces square images. Thanks to its robust construction, metal body, and the elegant lines typical of German design of the era, the Flexilette has over time become a model highly appreciated by vintage photography collectors.
Equipped with fully manual controls, it allows adjusting shutter speeds and diaphragm aperture, offering a traditional and creative photographic experience. The top, waist-level viewfinder allows framing from above, an iconic feature of classic twin-lens reflex cameras.
Today the Flexilette is sought after both as a collectible object and by enthusiasts of analog photography who wish to rediscover the charm of images captured on film.
