Antique Russian Orthodox icon depicting Christ Pantocrator (Ruler of All).
Tempera and oil on wooden panel. Traditional depiction with the blessing right hand and the globus cruciger (earthly globe) / scepter.

Probably produced in Russia, early 19th century.
The icon shows clear influences of late-Baroque icon painting.
Dimensions: 45 × 37 cm.
Condition: signs of aging and wear, see photos.
Sold in the condition as shown in the photos.

Het icoon vertoont duidelijke invloeden van de laat-barokke iconenschilderkunst.
