Kaikado is the oldest handmade tea caddy maker in Japan, established in Kyoto in 1875. For over 150 years, its craftsmen have produced tea canisters renowned for their exceptional airtight construction and the beautiful patina that develops through years of use. Today, Kaikado tea caddies are appreciated not only by tea enthusiasts but also by collectors of Japanese craftsmanship and design around the world.
