About the artist:

Originally from the Paris suburbs, Socrate is an artist from the graffiti movement. She stages a highly contrasted universe by using the raw and immediate nature of graffiti. She sublimates the strength and fragility of images, mainly the traits of femininity through intimate and glamorous representations.

Socrate invites graffiti into the boudoir, blending a discipline essentially masculine with the elegance and sensuality of feminine aesthetics. She has exhibited in several galleries around the world, alongside many notable names such as JonOne, Orlinski, Onemizer, C215, Shepard Fairey, Jeff Koons...
