Zenith unisex quartz watch with an 18k gold case, blue dial, 30 mm diameter, circa 1980, and a blue leather strap.
Description from the seller
Zenith — 18k solid gold (750) — Night Blue dial — Circa 1980 — Collectible Piece - Weight 20.7 g
Among all vintage Swiss watches, few can evoke elegance and substance with the same intensity as a Zenith in solid gold.
This 1980s example features a cushion-shaped case with a soft, embracing form, made entirely in 18-karat yellow gold (hallmark 750).
The dial is simply magnetic: a deep, uniform night blue, on which the gold baton indices emerge with absolute sharpness.
A timeless color combination—the blue and gold have chased each other for centuries in haute horology, and here they find a perfect synthesis.
The crown positioned at 12 o'clock gives the whole a clean, almost architectural side profile.
On the caseback, in addition to the 18k / 750 hallmark, the engraved Zenith star stands out—symbol of a manufactory that for over 150 years has produced its own movements in-house, without compromise.
The serial number places production around 1980, during one of the most creative periods for Swiss watch design.
The blue leather strap with crocodile grain, color-matched to the dial, completes an ensemble of rare aesthetic coherence.
A watch for connoisseurs—those who recognize it will desire it.
