This wooden panel with small animals (in bronze or brass?) is supposed to bring good omens, symbolizing the spider and its web, two snakes for energy, a frog and a chameleon.
Also sculpted is a Bamileke gong (bells used for ceremonies) on the side of the panel, which also appears with its handle at the back of the panel, behind the large snake and the spider in the center.
A rich set of symbols to chart one’s destiny with courage.
On the back of the panel, it is a spider’s web meant to symbolize building one’s destiny and mastering one’s future.
