A remarkable and extensive collection for collectors of matchbox labels, matchboxes and matchbooks. This lot includes several albums as well as a large quantity of loose matchboxes and matchbooks from Japan, Belgium and the Netherlands, mainly dating from the 20th century / mid-20th century.

The lot includes:

1. One album containing approx. 1,040 Japanese matchbox labels
2. One album containing approx. 3,020 Belgian labels
3. Five albums containing approx. 12,300 Dutch labels, including many examples from the company De Kloof
4. Approx. 1,340 loose matchboxes and matchbooks from Japan, Belgium and the Netherlands

Altogether, the collection consists of approximately 17,700 (!) items. A substantial and varied lot with a wide range of designs, origins and styles. Please see the photos for your own impression; they form an important part of the description.

The collection is in good condition and has a total weight of 13.2 kg. (includes packaging)
