Vintage David Rowland 40/4 chairs for Howe. The first design of this chair dates from 1964 and they were also produced in Denmark. The name 40/4 comes from the fact that 40 chairs can fit in a 4-foot space. The chairs are therefore perfectly stackable, have a chrome frame and a molded seat and back in black-lacquered metal.

This very comfortable chair has won several design awards, and that comes as no surprise to us.
