Zeiss Ikon Simplex Folding Camera – Nettar Anastigmat 10.5cm f/6.3 – 6x9 roll film camera – ca. 1930

Very fine and characteristic Zeiss Ikon Simplex folding camera from Germany, produced around the end of the 1920s / beginning of the 1930s. This elegant Art Deco model belongs to the early compact roll-film cameras from Zeiss Ikon and is nowadays beloved by collectors for its iconic design and high-quality finish.

The camera is equipped with a Zeiss Ikon Nettar-Anastigmat 10.5 cm f/6.3 lens in a Telma shutter. Shutter speeds: B, T, 1/25, 1/50, 1/100. Aperture: f/6.3 – f/32.

Suitable for 120 roll film with image format 6x9 cm.

This exemplar is in beautiful vintage condition. The bellows look neat and the camera opens and closes well. Also the original folding brilliant finder and shoulder strap are present. The lens shows slight signs of aging appropriate to the age of almost 100 years.

A wonderful collectible for lovers of early photography, Zeiss Ikon cameras and Art Deco design.
