Description from the seller

This appears to be a vintage Anker mechanical wristwatch with a distinctive world-time rotating bezel. A few notable details:
• Brand: “ANKER”
• Movement marking: “17 RUBIS ANTICHOC”
• “17 rubis” means 17 jewels in the movement.
• “Antichoc” indicates shock protection.
• Style: Likely a late 1960s to 1970s design.
• Features:
• Rotating city bezel with world cities (New York, Paris, Tokyo, etc.)
• Internal 24-hour scale
• Date window at 3 o’clock
• Bold blue dial with oversized luminous markers
• Case: Cushion-shaped chrome/plated case
• Strap: Modern NATO-style replacement strap, not likely original.

The watch has a strong “compressor/diver/world-time” aesthetic common in mid-century European watches. Anker was not a top luxury maker like Rolex or Omega, but many of these watches used solid Swiss mechanical movements and have become collectible for their styling.

Condition observations from the photo:
• Visible wear on the bezel and case plating
• Crystal has scratches
• Dial appears fairly well preserved
• Hands and lume show aging/patina

Depending on the exact movement inside and whether it runs properly, watches like this often sell in roughly:
• $175–450USD in average working condition
• More if recently serviced and fully original
• Less if non-running or heavily worn
