Icon - Wood - Triptych icon

19th-century triptych of Greek or Balkan origin. Painting/icon on panel with two side hinged doors. The central panel depicts a Nativity scene and on the two sides are depicted two saints. The icon has never been restored and has the patina of the period; the smoke from the candles has darkened the face of the Madonna, with no loss of pigment. Open measurements: 36 x 30 cm, closed: 30 x 18 cm, with inscriptions painted on both doors. Due to current regulations it cannot be shipped outside the European Union.
