About the painting:

The composition evokes a sense of openness and serenity, inviting the viewer into a moment of stillness suspended between earth, water, and light.
Balancing abstraction with a subtle suggestion of landscape, the composition invites quiet reflection and contemplation. Both serene and atmospheric, this work celebrates the beauty of simplicity, transforming the meeting of water and light into an elegant expression of stillness, depth, and freedom.
About the artist:
Andreea Zecheru is a known abstract artist based in Hamburg, Germany. Many of her works are held in private and institutional collections across Europe and the US.
“My work begins where the visible meets the felt—an attempt to capture the layers of perception and reduce them to their most essential, minimalist resonance. I approach the canvas as a field of relationships, exploring the duality between control and spontaneity, stillness and movement. Through an intuitive process of observation and response, I seek to create spaces that invite stillness and attention, allowing energy and clarity to coexist.” - Andreea Zecheru
