Pe-De - Coffee grinder - bakelite,glass and steel

Excellent Pe-De wall-mounted coffee grinder, made in Germany in the 1930s/1940s. It has a bakelite case, with a crank to rotate the mechanism. At the top there is a lid for the hopper to hold the coffee beans. At the bottom there is a glass receptacle to receive the ground coffee. It bears the brand inscription on the front and on the crank. It is mounted on a wooden backing so it can be fixed to the wall.
