As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your package. It is important to keep an eye on this code. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier may return the package to us or take it to a collection point. Please note that we do not reimburse the costs for any new shipment; these are always at your own expense.

If you have not received your package or if it arrived damaged, please contact both Catawiki and us immediately. We will then work with you as quickly as possible to find an appropriate solution, such as a refund, replacement, or repair of the item, depending on the specific situation.

We take utmost care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in good condition. Each item is carefully wrapped with quality material to prevent damage during transport. The shipping costs we charge also include the costs for packing and packaging materials.
