Häckel - Bicycle light - 1910

It is probably an antique carbide lamp. It is magnetically attached only at the front ring around the glass, and the holder for the handlebar. According to the internet, these lamps are made of brass. I don’t know for sure.
Right and left there is each a polished glass with a diameter of 15 mm and about 5 mm in height. The front glass can be unlocked and opened. At the top there is an adjuster with a scale from 1 to 10. There is also a sign there with the name Häckel. The mounting mechanism is movable over four joints. A bird is depicted on it.
The lower vessel can be unscrewed.
I could not test the functionality due to my lack of knowledge.
