A complete, symmetrical Italian bronze antique lamp from circa 1940–1950, in doré bronze with a Baroque-style base and Empire-inspired central shaft, measuring 55 cm high, 24 cm wide and 55 cm deep, weighing 1.2 kg, with a burgundy drum shade and removable lyre fitting, fully restored and in excellent condition.

A design rich in history; the pedestal faithfully reproduces the great classics of 18th-century decorative arts with mythological Baroque dolphins. It is a superb rendering of Italian bronze art from the 1940s-1950s.
Noble materials: genuine foundry bronze alloyed with copper.
Figurative decoration is rare; the base features, on each face, a superb dolphin motif in Baroque style, adorned with scales and a rich foliage of acanthus leaves.
Central shaft in architectural Empire style.
Drum-shaped shade in burgundy fabric, wine red, edged with two parallel gold bands, dating from the 1950s, with a removable lyre mount and its adapter clip.
Complete electrical restoration, harmony of colors, braided flax cord.
Bronze entirely cleaned and varnished with Zapon Lack.
