I am putting up for auction a Sankyo SOUND XL-40S, Super 8 film camera with integrated magnetic sound recording, one of the most interesting models from the Japanese brand Sankyo, highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of analog cinema.

Camera in very good cosmetic condition
Clean and clear optics, no visible fungus
Functional motor (powers on and operates correctly)

Original Sankyo telescopic microphone included

The camera has been tested for mechanical and electrical operation (powers on and operates). Not tested with recent film stock.
