Information about the artist:
Originally from South Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply rooted in light and the horizon.
His works capture suspended moments where nature dialogues with human perception.
Projected shadows, elongated lines, pared-down compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a controlled palette and pronounced contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres.
The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space and contemplation.
A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
His current Akoun rating is €1,000 for a 15P format (65x50 cm).
In June 2026, he was selected to represent Artmajeur at the Vivatech 2026 fair, the largest European innovation fair, in Paris.
