Beautiful substantial bread-loaf gilded frame
Elegant rectangular frame in carved wood, water-gilded, dating to the first half of the 20th century.
The frame features rich original gilding with engravings of foliate and sinuous motifs, typical of Neoclassical taste between the 18th and 19th centuries.
The craftsmanship is hand-made, with an undulating profile and a wavy outer edge.
Excellent for framing a period painting or antique mirror, or for a collection.

Bella importante cornice dorata a pagnotta 
Elegante cornice rettangolare in legno intagliato e dorato a guazzo, risalente alla prima metà del XX secolo. 
La cornice presenta una ricca doratura originale con incisioni a motivi fogliacei e sinuosi, tipici del gusto neoclassico tra il settecento e ottocentesco. 
La lavorazione è eseguita a mano, con profilo mosso e bordo esterno ondulato.
Ottima per incorniciare un dipinto o specchio d’epoca, oppure per collezione.
