Description from the seller

Berkel Model B Series 2 “Indianina,” produced between 1918 and 1928 at the La Porte factory (Indiana, United States). The smallest flywheel slicer ever built by Berkel, originally designed for private kitchens and delicatessens.

This specimen has been fully restored by specialized craftsmen of La Bottega del Restauro, with official Berkel certification and authenticity documentation included.

Exceptional rarity: its compact size makes it highly sought after by collectors and it can be placed on a standard countertop, unlike the larger Berkel models. A functional piece and a remarkable decorative object for a kitchen, a restaurant, or a wine cellar.
