Description from the seller

This lot constitutes a historic estate of the prestigious German brand Voigtländer, spanning the period from the 1930s to the 1960s. They are genuine leather pieces that exemplify the durability and luxury of optical engineering from Braunschweig.
### 1. Detailed Inventory (Total: 16 Units)
The set is divided into three main categories of conservation and era:
• The Historical Case (1 unit): A rare pre/post-war specimen (1940s) for folding bellows medium-format cameras (type Bessa or Perkeo). It is distinguished by its vertical design, thicker leather, and deep patina.
• Ever-Ready Cases (5 units): Intended for 35mm cameras in the Vito series (B, BL, BR) and Vitomatic. They include the base mounting screws and, in several cases, the original carrying straps.
• Precision Accessory Bags (10 units): * Drop-shaped bags (reference 90/100) for auxiliary Focar lenses.
• Bags for filters and viewfinders (references 90/073 and 90/061).
• Rigid cases (oval and rectangular with lock) for filter kits or hand-held light meters.
### 2. Condition and Interior
The condition is Vintage Authentic, showing signs of use that attest to their age, yet maintaining functional integrity:
• Exterior Leather: In very good overall condition. The leather is flexible and preserves crisp logo and reference engravings. It shows natural wear over time (small scratches and patina) without signs of rot or holes.
• Interiors (Velvet and Suede): * Colors vary between electric blue, burgundy and beige.
• Important note about stains: Some interiors show old humidity stains (foxing) and pressure marks where filters or cameras were stored for decades. These stains are purely cosmetic and typical of organic materials over 60 years old.
• Hardware and Closures: The snap buttons and metal closure systems (including the original Tuck-Tite mechanism) are functional. The leather straps show some stiffness; hydration is recommended if they are to be used intensively.
Weight of the bags alone: 2163g.
