Ikea Lekaryd table lamp designed by Lycle von Schantz, made in Sweden in 2000–2010, red plastic with aluminium stem, 15 × 15 × 32 cm, 600 g, 1 fitting, LED lighting, on/off switch, excellent condition and fully functional.
Description from the seller
Stunning and exceptionally rare table lamp to place on a surface from the 2000s/2010s
model “Lekarid” edited by Ikea, no longer in production to this day
The lamp’s originality lies in its modularity: it rotates, and rises and descends on its aluminum axis to close like a very practical case, with at its base a small tray for pockets or a ring holder
With this Memphis design it really has a presence that today is very trendy with this pop red color
Made of plastic and an aluminum axis, it is in very good working and cosmetic condition, LED lighting, on/off switch, no breaks or missing parts, a few light signs of wear, micro-scratches to note
Please note you still need to hold the metal stem that serves as the conductor for the light when you manipulate the up or down movement of the lampshade, as it can detach (see the last 3 photos)
Easily repositionable if this happens and without compromising the lamp’s operation. Keep the metal stem pressed into the base of the stand to make contact
