Description from the seller
Premium - Celestine Geode
An essential piece for your interior decor
Celestine derives from the Latin term « coelestis » which means « celestial ». More commonly it can be translated as “sky blue.” In 1789, shortly after its discovery, the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner named this crystal thus, whose reflections resemble a sky bathed in light.
Its very gentle color has earned it the nickname “Stone of Angels.” According to legend, it was born from the pure, hypnotic song of angels. It is also associated with the constellation Pleiades, regarded as humanity’s spiritual cradle.
Many synonyms are linked to it, including celestite, cliftonite, dioxynite, sicilianite, or strontian sulfate.
