Mahogany small post/mail cabinet with a roll-down shutter and brass edges. The interior with a drawer and various compartments. At the bottom, a price sticker from the shop: Aux Trois-Quartiers, Boulevard de la Madeleine/Rue Duphot, Paris. Circa 1900 or perhaps a bit earlier. Includes a key.

In good condition. Small damages and restorations overall. The lock works. The flap should be opened and closed carefully to allow it to move smoothly. The bottom is slightly warped. See also the photos that are part of the description.

Mahoniehouten brievenkastje met rolluik en messing randen. Het interieur met lade en diverse vakken. Op de onderkant een prijssticker van de winkelier: Aux Trois-Quartiers, Boulevard de la Madeleine/Rue Duphot, Paris. Rond 1900 of mogelijk wat vroeger. Inclusief sleutel. 

In goede staat. Kleine beschadigingen en restauraties over het geheel. Het slot is werkend. Het luikje dient voorzichtig open en dichtgedaan te worden zodat het soepel loopt. De bodem is een beetje krom getrokken. Zie ook de foto’s die deel uitmaken van de omschrijving.
