Terre Francescane - Extra virgin olive oil - 6 - 500ml

Six 500 ml ceramic bottles of Extra Virgin Olive Oil inspired by the Canticle of the Creatures by Saint Francis of Assisi: 2 FRATE SOLE, 2 SORELLA LUNA and 2 IL PELLEGRINO, produced by TERRE FRANCESCANE, UMBRIA - ITALY.

The special edition “CERAMICHE TAU” packaged in ceramic bottles consists of three lines of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from different cultivars that characterize the Italian territory. Their name takes inspiration from the “Cantico delle Creature” of Saint Francis of Assisi, hence their names: FRATE SOLE, the black bottle; SORELLA LUNA for the white bottle; IL PELLEGRINO for the brown bottle.
On each bottle there is a necklace with a pendant made of olive wood in the shape of a Tau.

FRATE SOLE: a fruit-forward oil with an intense aroma that pairs with red meats and bold flavors.
SORELLA LUNA: a delicate fruity oil for seasoning grilled fish, white meats, and for use in frying.
IL PELLEGRINO: a medium-fruity oil suitable for dressings for rich salads and soups.
