Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the ancient Este dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for producing Aceto Balsamico di Modena due to its geological, climatic, and cultural conditions.
These 6 bottles of 250 ml of Modena Balsamic Vinegar aged 3 years are the fruit of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passing of time. In a harmonious weave of delicate flavors, the typical aromas and fragrances reveal themselves to the palate, showing the refinement of a slow maturation in barrels of fine wood.
