Lot consisting of a 1-liter oak cask, a 1-liter bottle of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, and a blown-glass pipette, produced by CASA DEL BALSAMICO MODENESE, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.
The proposed batch provides for the use of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP by pouring it inside the oak barrel to continue the aging process, thereby improving its characteristics in terms of flavor and aroma.
The oak cask, equipped with the stand on which it rests, has been acetified by the producer and is therefore ready to receive inside it the balsamic vinegar contained in the bottle, allowing the purchaser of the lot to have at home, or in their own venue, the same aging conditions as a Modenese acetaia.
The drawing of the balsamic vinegar occurs through an elegant blown-glass pipette to respect the same sampling and tasting actions that take place in the old acetaie where the precious Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced.
The Aceto Balsamico di Modena contained in the 1-liter bottle has five years of aging and is suitable to accompany both savory and sweet dishes.
