Oil painting on canvas “City breath.” The author is Ukrainian artist Maria Gordeeva.
Maria was born on September 10, 1970 in Kharkiv. From the age of 12 she studied at an art studio, she won twice in the city competition “Nature through the Eyes of Children.” From 1985 she studied at the Art Lyceum in Kharkiv. Since 1999 she began painting in oils, she loves landscapes most, she is also drawn to still lifes; the author favors a realist direction in painting.
Maria’s paintings have been shown at solo exhibitions in Ukraine and in Great Britain; two solo exhibitions were organized in Portsmouth at Ortho Space and The Lodge Arte Center. The last exhibition where the author’s works were presented took place in Ukraine, in the city of Dnipro, under the title “Art of the Unconquered.”
The dimensions of the painting are 60×60 cm, the painting has painted sides. The work is varnished and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Colors of the artwork may vary depending on lighting and the settings of your monitors.
