Grape scissors - Silverplated - Historical grape shears

For sale is an exceptionally finely crafted scissors in a historicizing style, presumably from around 1900.
The design features rich three-dimensional ornamentation, reminiscent of Rococo aesthetics and historicism.

Details:
The handles are elaborately adorned with fully three-dimensional putti (angel figures) seated in oval medallions. The transition to the blades is formed by a meticulously worked relief of grapevines and grapes, covering the entire area above the finger rings.

Material:
It is likely a brass or bronze alloy with a historical silver finish (silver-plated) or a special metal patina that give the object an antique character.

Condition:
The scissors are in very good preserved condition (please also view the detailed photos). The mechanism is functional; the blades close with light pressure (please note that this is more of a decorative piece than a purely utilitarian tool).
