Description from the seller
Sculptural table lamp "Brutalist" - In the style of Gino Robert – 1970s. Height 58 cm.
Vintage designer table lamp with organic design, attributed to Gino Robert and probably made in Montreal (Canada) during the 1970s. Of strong character, it combines a brutalist aesthetic with the formal research typical of the 1970s.
Hot-molded acrylic diffuser with irregular texture ("ice effect"), which provides a soft, evocative light diffusion.
Solid wood base, finished with gold resin inlays.
Electrical system refurbished and updated with recent components (cable, switch and plug).
In excellent vintage condition with normal, minor signs of aging and patina. A small imperfection noted at the bottom of the acrylic diffuser (highlighted in the photos), which does not compromise functionality or aesthetics. Tested and working, E27 lamp holder, bulb not included. It is recommended to use an LED bulb to avoid potential overheating.
A rare piece with strong visual impact, ideal for collectors and interior design enthusiasts.
Please carefully view the photo gallery, which is an integral part of the description, to avoid any misunderstandings.
