Description from the seller
Rare fascicle "Votre Vingtième Madame", with a title drawn by Hergé and a photomontage cover by Hergé, entirely in the style of those that were produced and signed by Hergé in 1932 (see Chronology of a Work by P. Goddin, volume 2
Hergé, in collaboration with his wife, Germaine (secretary to the director of the Journal of the XXth Century), perfectly understood, in a sober and very “Classy” atmosphere, how to illustrate and speak to the female readers about the fashion trends of the era
The ideal lot for a nice framing
Rare uncut specimen, large A1 sheet.
Note the presence of the banner drawn by Hergé: "some tips for cooks/housewives"
Depending on the different fascicles, etc., with typographic lettering, we sometimes find advertisements realized by Hergé and often little-known to collectors.
