Stylux Milano Saba table lamp from the 1960s in blue steel, with a spherical eyeball diffuser that is fully directional via the fork and side metal knobs, a circular base with a white push-button switch, measuring 20 x 10 x 10 cm and weighing 500 g, in very good condition and in working order, with the original producer label inside the dome.
Description from the seller
Splendid and very rare adjustable desk lamp model 'Saba', an icon of Space Age design produced in the 1960s by the famous Italian manufacturer Stilux Milano. This specimen stands out for its exceptional rarity: although the model is already highly sought after by mid-century modern collectors, the original blue lacquer color makes it a catalog piece extremely hard to find on the market. Characterized by the iconic spherical diffuser with an 'eyeball' bulb completely steerable thanks to the fork and the lateral metal knobs. The structure rests on a circular base equipped with the classic white push-button switch. Inside the dome there is still the original authenticity stamp/label from the manufacturer. An authentic vintage piece with a strong visual impact, perfect to complete design interiors or 20th-century lighting collections.
