Art Deco umbrella stand in oak with a steel tray, 53 cm high, 25 cm wide and deep, weighing 3 kg, dating to 1960–1970, in good used condition with minor signs of age.
Description from the seller
Very beautiful wooden umbrella stand (oak) in combination with a steel drip tray. The umbrella rack is about 53 cm high, 25 cm wide and deep, with a weight of 3 kg. The umbrella holder is made in an Art Deco style and probably dates from the 1960s of the last century.
The umbrella stand still looks very good and the construction of the frame is sturdy and strong. Not only is it a beautiful piece, it is also very functional. It is a very solid, stable stand that in its current condition could easily last 100 more years.
The steel drip tray obviously shows signs of use from the tips of umbrellas and walking sticks that have bumped against it (see photos).
The rack still looks good. It has here and there some light signs of wear, but that is minimal. It has always been treated with care, this umbrella holder! The rack has a nice worn-in look. In any interior, this piece of furniture is a decorative and also functional addition!
The umbrella holder is carefully packed and insured for shipping.
