Canterbury magazine rack in dark mahogany with brass accents, made in the United Kingdom and dating from about 1950–1960, in an antique-inspired Regency/Victorian style with Art Deco influence, featuring divided compartments, a lower drawer with brass ring handles and brass castor wheels.

Elegant Canterbury magazine rack / newspaper stand in dark mahogany wood, made in a classic English Regency/Victorian style. The piece features turned corner posts, decorative wavy upper rails, several divided compartments for books, newspapers or magazines, and a practical lower drawer with brass ring handles.
Special features: with drawer, ring handles, divided compartments and castor wheels
The rack stands on brass-coloured castor wheels and has a warm, glossy patina. A very decorative piece for a library, sitting room, hallway or beside an armchair.
Condition: excellent, as new and unused condition. The piece appears to have been kept very carefully and shows no notable signs of use. The drawer is present and slides open. Please see the photos for a good impression of the condition.
