Champagne cooler - With lions´ heads - Silverplated

A large and fine French silver plated Champagne cooler / ice bucket, measuring circa 24cm in height and weighing 1180g, the handles cast as lions´ heads, each bearing a ring. Stamped to the underside with maker´s mark and cipher 25, indicating 25g of pure silver was applied during the plating process.

Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs observed other than a few minor superficial scratches and blemishes. Minor wear commensurate with age.

This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
