Panasonic NV-G12 Video recorder

Two classic Panasonic NV-G12 VHS video recorders can be seen in the photo, produced in the second half of the 1980s. The unique aspect of this specific photo is that the exact same model appears in two different color variants: the anthracite-black version on the left and the silver/light-gray variant on the right. This model is an iconic VHS recorder from the era when Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. (the parent company behind Panasonic) dominated the video landscape. Both heads should be cleaned, and for one unit the eject mechanism should be checked, without a remote control!!
