This Egyptian seal likely represents a sacred journey in the afterlife. The boat with two figures symbolizes the soul’s passage under divine protection, while the feather represents truth and balance (Ma’at). The ankh sign in front of the seated figure is the symbol of eternal life, and the bird behind the boat is associated with rebirth and resurrection.

The ibis bird in ancient Egypt symbolized wisdom, writing, knowledge, and the god Thoth, who was associated with magic and learning. this Egyptian seal is belongs to a us collector who buy I in 1990 from another us collector that he achieved 1988..The seller can prove that the lot obtained legally.
