In this original unpublished color illustration as a test, for a board game on William the Conqueror, acrylics on 250 g cardboard, signed, A4 format 21x29.7 cm, author Fabrizio Russo.

Fabrizio Russo
Born in Milan on August 14, 1970. After artistic high school, he specialized as an illustrator at the Scuola Superiore d’Arte of the Castello Sforzesco.
In 1991, he attends the Scuola del Fumetto in Milan, following the lessons of Enea Riboldi, thanks to which he gains confidence with comic techniques.
After a few sporadic experiences in illustration, in 1994 he arrives at Bonelli, debuting on the pages of Zona X. For this publication he graphically created the character Robinson Hart, conceived by Mignacco, and he draws seven episodes, until the series’ closure. After working on Martin Mystère he became part of the Dampyr artists.
From 2010 he collaborates with the French publishing house Clair De Lune. And subsequently with the French publishing house Petit à Petit.
In 2012 he joined the Zagor staff, and since 2017 he has illustrated 3 Tex stories.
In 2021 he began a collaboration with the French publisher Plain vent publishing 3 books "La storia di Carlo Acutis", Le Carmelitane di Compiegne" and "Comtat Venaissin".
