Bing-brand carburetor (model with the number engraved as 1/17/160), frequently used in classic motorized mopeds from the 60s/70s with 50cc Zündapp and Kreidler engines. It is an essential mechanical component responsible for mixing air and fuel before delivering it to the engine cylinder. Over the years, original carburetors have been lost and easily replaced by replicas. But those in the know know it’s not the same thing.
