Description from the seller

Tancredi Fornasetti exhibits in major Italian and international galleries.

Tancredi Fornasetti has developed over the years a very personal alphabet made of geometric elements and elementary signs, which climb and intersect in the architectural reconstruction of an imaginary, alienating reality, to produce landscapes that are personal worlds, surely inspired by contemporary architecture.

The bold and luminous colors create a sense of three-dimensionality in space that is often illusory and multi-perspective.

The canvas seems to become fabric, and the application of color is rigorous and almost maniacal, creating quasi-virtual effects even though it is the result of exclusively manual work.

He lives in Rome, his city.

Tancredi Fornasetti’s works are present in numerous private collections around the world.

Artist rated by auction houses and on Artsy.

The work is finished with a protective glossy varnish.
Date and artist’s signature on the back.
