Vessel - Ceramic - Tankard, 17th century

Montelupo tankard from the 17th century.
Tankard with an ovoid body, a trilobed mouth, a vertical ribbon-shaped handle opposite the spout. The decoration, enclosed within a double externally dashed frame and with wavy motifs inside, features a quadripartite shield defined by a double-line cross. Each of the four sectors is decorated with open V-shaped lines in ochre and green alternating. On the sides of the frame, green serpentine lines. Green decorations also on the handle and on the neck. The rim is ochre-colored. Height: 21 cm; belly diameter: 15 cm; base diameter: 10 cm. Good condition, only small glaze losses compatible with the age of the piece.
