Description from the seller

Shot on the set of Barbarella with Jane Fonda, the 1968 film directed by Roger Vadim, a science fiction comedy based on the eponymous comic book by Jean-Claude Forest.

The photo is digitally printed on Hahnemuhle cotton rag photo paper, model ultra smooth, 305gsm. 4 cm passepartout. Archival inks guaranteed for 150 years. Photograph with original stamp and artist's signature.
The photos are presented at auction in low resolution to prevent unauthorized reproductions; photos shipped to buyers will, however, be reproduced from the originals in high resolution for optimal printing.

Emilio Lari was born in Rome in 1939, a set photographer from 1960 to today. In 1960 his passion for photography led him to join the press office team of Luigi Pratulon (then the still photographer for Federico Fellini's film La Dolce Vita).
Subsequently he was sent to London to photograph the new group, the Beatles, at the start of their success. A master of photographic light, Emilio has worked on over 140 films.
