Heart molded and fully painted by the artist, vinyl, varnish.
Provided with its black base which is an integral part of the work.
Numbered out of 20 and signed on the back, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration evolved into a passion that was to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement through the appropriation of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through bold staging of icons of popular consumer culture (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa Chups), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne, and caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials.
He is inspired, among others, by Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey and advertising and addictions in general.
All potential defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
