Beautiful Art Deco vase from Boch Frères La Louvière (Belgium), manufactured circa 1931.
Likely designed by Charles Catteau, in his early period.
The vase is executed in stoneware with a polychrome floral decoration in cream, blue, turquoise and green on a speckled background.
The decoration is enhanced by the deep blue rim and base, characteristic of the decorative style of the interwar period.
On the underside stamped with the Boch Frères La Louvière stamp “Made in Belgium – Fabrication Belge”, decornumber D.1651 and model number 1266.
