Description from the seller
GENERAL
Are you looking for a fun car to drive, easy to maintain and always possible to find on the parking lot among all the black, white and silver cars, here it is. This Fiat 850 Sport Spider is a charming classic with 81,000 miles on the odometer. Originally designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro during his tenure at the legendary Italian coachbuilder Bertone, the production model of this iconic two-seater roadster actually debuted in 1965, meaning early production timelines and import documentation can vary. Like all other classic Fiat cars, this little green "frog" is pure fun to drive.
BODYWORK & PAINT
From a 1-meter distance, the exterior looks very good. If you look closer, you will notice some small stone chips and marks on the paintwork. It is suggested to either leave the exterior character exactly like it is or commit to painting the whole car to avoid any color differences. The soft top is in good condition and is easy to raise or lower. It features a dedicated storage room behind the seats so that the clean lines of the design are not disturbed by the soft top when it is down.
TECHNICAL
The car is lovely mechanically and features a responsive engine that is ready to take some RPMs to get the vehicle up to speed when you shift gears. Power is delivered through a 4-speed manual gearbox. All gauges, windshield wipers, and lights are working properly.
INTERIOR
Inside the cabin, you will find no modern electrical gadgets, only manual buttons and switches. The seats and door upholstery are in good shape without any major scratches or holes. The only notable defect is the dashboard, which has some cracks located in the middle section.
DOCUMENTS
This classic car comes with a copy of the original instruction booklet along with a service manual. There are no historical service records included with the vehicle.
COLLECTION
This car features an international history, having been originally delivered new to California before being imported to Europe in 2011 and registered in Denmark since 2013. The last owner cared for the vehicle from 2022 to the present day. The car is available for pickup in Viborg, Denmark.
OTHER INFORMATION
There is no doubt that the car has been well-maintained over the years. It is completely ready for its next owner to take their place in the seat, lower the soft top, and enjoy the summer.

Vehicle registration
Buyers are responsible for vehicle's registration, not the seller or Catawiki.
Request help with registration from a third-party service provider.Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
