Thorens - TD 166 Turntable

The famous Thorens TD 166, a classic with a clear, stable sound and a very neutral character. The musical characteristics are exceptionally good.

As shown in the photos, this is a nicely preserved specimen with light signs of use.
The dust cover is also in very nice condition.

The sub chassis, consisting of the platter and tonearm, is suspended on three springs, reducing the player’s susceptibility to vibrations from the motor and from outside. This is one of the factors that contribute to the great sound Thorens is so famous for.

Equipped with a nice Audio-Technica AT-95E cartridge with a good stylus.
Delivered with a new drive belt.
The 45 RPM puck is not original.
