Description

Historical yarn and haberdashery cabinet of the MEZ Progress brand from a former handicraft or haberdashery shop. The chest of drawers was used to store and display knitting yarn skeins and is today a sought-after collector's and decorative object from the area of shop and industrial history.

The cabinet is finely crafted from solid wood and features six drawers with original viewing windows and metal handles. The chest traditionally built with dovetail joints. The brand designation „MEZ Progress“ as well as the company emblem „Registered colorfastness mark“ are permanently and indented into the wood and can be found on the sides, the back wall and on top of the body.

Internally the drawers have the typical compartments to hold yarn skeins.
