Vintage parking time marker, the one in France called “Disque de contrôle de stationnement”.

It's an official model, approved by the Prefecture of Police, and used in regulated parking areas in the sixties.

It's a 'special' time marker:

- Reflects the homologation of February 29, 1960.
- It's a Michelin promotional disk
- The presence of the MICHELIN XAS advertising places the production in the mid-60s, because that tire was launched in 1965.
