Base alloy coin corresponding to the latest regular issues of the Soviet Union. The obverse features the state coat of arms with the hammer and sickle over the globe, surrounded by ears of grain and crowned by a five-pointed star, of symmetric design and well-defined relief. The reverse shows the denomination 15 Kopecks in large numerals, framed by stylized ears of grain and the date at the bottom, within a sober and functional composition. The specimen exhibits prooflike surfaces, with fields of notable reflectivity and sharp relief, showing excellent overall preservation and visual appeal in line with its grade.
